Bad service

The customer service of this bank is terrible and it is clear that they do not prioritize customer satisfaction. Despite having sent all the necessary documents 3 weeks ago,one of their assessor called me after a week,that they didn’t not receive the documents,they are still asking for additional documents l sent them again and have not been given any feedback on the status of the claim l m call them everyday with my phone , their will say before the end of today you will get an sms with the outcome of your claim every day it’s the same story until now . It is highly recommended to avoid getting insurance policies from this bank
