Bad service
I'm so so disappointed, the service from this bank is very disgusting , money was deducted from my account twice and no response nothing. Maybe if I wasn't black i was going to receive the response sooner. I've been calling and I've also sent an email but nothing. Taking money without my approval.

FNB is now *****ing from customers and not bothered. I cannot even express how disgusted I am, I now going to lay a complaint with the banking ombudsman. Nxa????????
