Bad service

After numerous emails back and forth to fnb credit card team explaining that I have lost my job they have now sent my credit card arrears to:TSL Legal Pty Ltd located at: 33 Hoofd street Forum Level 1 braamfontein. Contact number: ***. I have managed to pay at least 2 installments towards the areas now their legal team is threatening me with judgment letters and I have been sending numerous emails back and forth saying that I can afford to pay and amount of r2500 per month but no one has responded. I hope that I do not get and email saying that I am getting served with a letter of judgment. I have missed only 2 installments from the time it was at fnb and then they handed it over to Legal which is so unfair.
