Bad service

I'm so annoyed by the horrible experience and bad service I am getting from FNB. After lodging a complaint a guy by the name of Bongani Khumalo assisted and asked me to send again the supporting documents for the fourth time.. I did just that..Ater that Bongani never get back to me.. No one contacted me . I have lost lot of money trying to solve this tiny problem.
