Bad Service

I have an account with FNB that should be Prescribed on Transunion because the account was opened in 2016. Account is now marked by FNB as if it was only opened in March 2021. Account Number - ***. This is now affecting my credit score. I tried to contact FNB to assist with this but Salesh Singh was just not interested. Kept sending follow-up emails with him but he is not responding. This is affecting my wellbeing!!!
