Bad service

I have been with FNB for years and got worst service from Martin Simelane. He never honors appointments. I have pending requests since I heard he is supposed to be my banker. Is it possible to be assigned someone who will attend to my needs or can I change banks please. I was once promised to get a house call and he never called or honored that appointment. I once asked about a home loan that was handed over and wanted clarity and he said he will call me the next day. Oh well,it never happened. Oh I was called to be offered more products and thought to myself...The nerve.
