Bad service

I need help as I don't know who going to help me with the problem,I'm currently experiencing with FNB banks. It's now a month still waiting for feedback. It's this really how they treat the client, they really showed me they really don't care about the clients. I always held FNB South Africa in high regard and always recommended them. I'm very disappointed that is now a month and my problem is still not sorted.
