Bad service

I went to your branch in centurion(mall@reds) and also spoke to your call centre agent(Kagiso Madisha) who was clueless and couldn’t assist with my query. I’ve emailed my complaint/ query yesterday and I’m still awaiting feedback or any form of acknowledgment for the query. Will I ever get assistance from fnb or you will just ignore me and continue with your pathetic service?!
