Bad service

I am not happy about the service, each and every month they deduct cash with unknown cash references, I have been complaining for more than 10 years now, fnb must must stop ****ming people by deducting cash from the accounts using the useless references they are using, o.n the 25 may they deducted 111.80 which i don't know, 26 they deducted 85 rands and 77 rands which are unknown, and on the 28 they deducted 47 rands for what.

Fnb stop ****ming us, I want my cash sent back in my account as I am unable to reverse, you also open the business account in my original account which I am not using but it's already on minus 70 rands. This is a very bad service and it's about time I replace fnb with another loyal bank .
