BAD SERVICE

I'm so sick of getting numbers from the chat and google and all of them don't exists. when i do get through I'm sent from pillar to post. All I want is an account that was settled to receive my paid up letter and for the account to be closed and you are still charging me interest on a zero balance. I wonder if the NCR would enjoy reading a formal complaint logged with you. Can you just get it sorted.
