bad service

I'm very dissapointed at FNB they have decided to put a hold 96 on my business account without any valid reasons and they fail to correct it by unflagging it, ***** division do not have an answer as to why this has happened, now i can not transact on my business account and nobody at the whole company seem to know what the problem is, i went to the branch i was on call with different department on 18 occasions but my issue is still not resolved . this is very concerning matter I'm deeply affected by such irresponsible decision it makes me question myself as to why did i chose to open a business account with Fnb.
