Bad Service

FNB from Bayside Mall is just so slow with walking customers, first is a queue that you stand for about an hour, others if they lady looking after the queue likes you she will take you straight to one of the counter (not dissable people) I have been for the pass two hours and still waiting but at least finally sitting! They are so many walking up and down, two outside, two to give tickys but only two counters working???
