Bad service

Call *** I have never received such bad service in my entire life. I’m so disappointed Spoke to Thabo Phala in the business banking department Please listen to the call He has given me the reference number mentioned above. His telephone attiquete , he doesn’t even sound like he wanted to assist It was a matter of urgency but he shut me out refusing to work with me . He was pushing me to hang up and sounded so irritated I feel so sorry for people that have lost interest to fnb because of such employees who lack sympathy and full of themselves
