Bad service
Dear FNB Customer Care,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent experience at your Garankuwa branch.
According to the information available on Google and other public sources, the branch is scheduled to close at 17:00 on weekdays. However, on Tuesday, 29 July 2025, I arrived at the branch at 16:03, only to be informed by staff that the branch was already closed. This was both unexpected and inconvenient, as I had planned my visit based on the advertised operating hours.
I kindly request clarification on the actual closing time of the Garankuwa branch and an explanation for the early closure on this occasion. Additionally, I urge FNB to ensure that branch operating hours are consistently adhered to and accurately reflected online to avoid further inconvenience to customers.
