Bad Service
Its very sad with FNB Home loans that every three years I have to do this and when I do this way they will make sure that I get penalized for writing this review. Every 3 years I have to request a revised fixed rate as my current one is due to expire on the 21/10 but I have written, and called *** & *** and I have spoken to consultants who don't even know what they are doing, this is boring and pathetic guys, why can't you just do your job in time? Why do we always have to do this every time? Why wanna do things last minutes? Just send me the quotes when there's time to comment.
