FNB personal Loan department

I have submitted all the documents that have been requested from me, including the additional supporting documentation requested by FNB. Despite complying with every request, I continue to be sent back and forth and asked for further information or documents without receiving a clear explanation of what is still outstanding.

This process has become extremely frustrating and stressful. I have made every effort to cooperate with FNB and provide the required information as quickly as possible. I therefore expect my application to be properly reviewed based on the documents that I have already submitted.

I respectfully request that FNB: I understand that FNB needs to complete its verification and affordability checks, and I am willing to provide any legitimate outstanding information. However, I cannot continue submitting documents repeatedly without clear communication regarding what is required.
