Bad service

I received a message on the 3rd December 2021 that an amount of R1999,00 was about to bs debited on my account, I reported it immediately as *****, the payment was pending for 3 days but Fnb still put it through even though I had no money in the account, I canceled my card, sent through several ***** reports, messages on app, visit branch and phoned them several times, still nothing was done and the expect me to pay the unauthorized overdraft amount plus interest and bank charges.
