Bad service

I had bad experiences with fnb as my bank last week i reported that by mistake i do 6999.00 transactions immediately i saw then report to bank that please reverse that money they told me yes they will till today i haven't received the payment.then last week Friday i have ewallet i did withdraw but unfortunately bank never take out money only slip immediately i entered the bank but i was told to wait 14days it not my fault that atm never give money please hlep
