Bad Service

I went to fnb bank city to open an easy account.however I was unable to be assisted because one of the FNB Customer consultant in Bloemfontein opened an FNB PRIVATE CLIENT for me without full explanation to me as to how its working. So ever since from 2023 I did not use that account at all but now Im owing R7000.00 for something that I did not even transact on. Now a Gentleman who works at FNB BANK CITY by the name of MXOLISI tried all his best to assist me, then a rude lady from cheque department just hanged up and dropped a call on us whilst still trying to explain. Now I want to use FNB EASY ACCOUNT as FNB is a big brand but now I can't get one because of that Private Client Account that's owing. Please assist. But the Consultant named MXOLISI FROM.FNB BANK CITY tried all his best.
