Bad service

Waiting for a month for FNB to transfer bank account funds to an estate account so that I can finalise my mothers estate. Had to fly down to the Cape from Gauteng to open the account. Had the most friendly and helpful service from the staff of Robertson FNB, will recommend them to anyone. BUT once the paper work was done the backroom people of the estate division all help disappears They admit receiving the instructions to transfer the funds and that is where everything comes to a screeching halt. Cannot pay my mothers creditors, the account has already got a negative balance for (non)service fees. Cannot finalise the estate.
