Bad Service

I have been struggling since 2019 to close a revolving loan account which i have settled muliple times and not been using. I have phoned to cancel. Was told 30 days. Waited, paid nothing called again was told 60 days waited paid nothing. Even just came from the Northmead Square branch where the lady and i was holding for half an hour and still no luck. I have now been handed over and seem to be handed over to credit bureau for R977 which is only intrest. This is the absolute c****st i have ever experienced. If i dont get help before end of business tomorrow i will close all accounts with FNB and pay off my over draft at R50 per month as thats all i have.
