Bad service

Good Morning,<br> <br> I went into FNB boardwalk Richards bay, as both my credit and cheque account card were due to expire in June 2015.I was told by the lady at card collections that If I wanted to apply for card renewals Id have to pay R200 for each card, she then advised to wait for a call from the bank. The following day I called you customer call centre, they renewed my both my cards Free of charge, they had no knowledge of a R200 fee? I collected my cards a few days later at the main FNB branch in Richards bay.<br> <br> Lazy, bad attitudes, false information. I don't know the ladies name who did not help me, she is an Indian woman with blonde hair. I was told she was the floor manager.
