bad service

I just came back from fnb sandton city the branch .. i was asking to cancel a debit mandate ..for a loan application that they told me i nust accept a debit check mandate before they help me i see the debit check is now for 250 i went to sandton city to get help the put me on the phone to the call center i spoke to 4 people hilda dimpho tswarelo.alvin

dimpho told me she cant help me and will transfer me the aspire account dimpho hung up while we where talking tswearlo didnt listen to my story she just tranfered me alvin was the worst upon asking questions she just muted her mic and stoppeed aswering my question i know im nt a premuim member of fnb but ive used this bank for years fom 2015

the more excuses i keep given myself to stay the more the staff gives me reason to leave capitec they not very helpful but they atleast try to help you with ur situation ive been thinking to move to standbank i think nje fnb i cant make excues for it any more
