Bad service

I have, logged an issues with the FNB branch in Boksburg on north rand road opposite the k90 centre, it's a every second day there is a problem with the ATM machine, always offline or been service, I need to bank for my company before I start work but can't do that because the ATM is always an issue, if you ask me the should rather close the ATM machine in that branch, because it's a waste of space in the branch, I spoke to a lady from the branch to look into the matter, but nothing come of it, unfortunately I won't go that branch because it just wasting my time.
