Bad Service

I went to their sandton branch and Zinhle chabalala ,wearing a black out fit asked me to fill in forms and i did she stated that she was going to email them to me for me to email to their investigating department she emailed them to me she however did not provide me with the email address of the person i should email too.and the inbox she used is not attended too by anyone , i was at their branch for an hour and nothing happened which is useful for me and my time.same happened when i was on the phone with JarredMarshoff. my query is still not resolved
