I have a complaint against FNB.
On the 20th of June 2022 I was involved in a kidnapping, hijacking and randsom demand by 7 people in the Kempton Park area. On my way to my business in the Freestate.
I was kept in a guesthouse for more than 8 hours. All my cash on hand and my accounts (FNB ) where emptied by them. They found my legal weapons in my vehicle which were loaded. They demanded my pin numbers on all accounts with the gun pointed at me. Even ewallet was used to withdraw the money.
It was reported to all banks ***** departments aswell as a SAPS case was made.
The banks concluded that no refund would happen due to the fact that I gave my secret pins to them under stress. I am aware of people in the same situation that where refunded.
Bad service.

This complaint has got nothing to do with FNB Connect. This was an issue in it's own. Due to the hijacking and my money not paid back, that was ****** under the stressful circumstances this is what the complaint is about.
