Bad service

Good day,

I trust you are well, I would like to lay a complain about the bad service I have received, I app**** for a loan last week, it was approved however no money has been transferred into my account. This has been such an unpleasant experience for me. Kindly please assist. I have been a customer for more than 15 years I don't expect such bad service from FNB
