Bad Service
I am not getting assistance from my bank. Its been now over a week. You try to contact them the phone is just ringing and no one is helping me at all. I need to speak to a manager urgently. The service is currently horrified. I need assistance with my Home Loan Bond urgently. FNB asked me to complete forms 20th of April 2020. The forms was submitted to FNB liked asked.

Firstly Its been way to long after my complaint and no reply was has been given about my application of debt relief on my home lone. Its been 3 weeks know. This is so unprofessional.
Secondly I had no luck in terms with my ***** case either. What do you suggest?
I don't think that it should the client's responsibility if there is a case no of ***** and the branch of FNB is not helping.
You do have all the documents. PLEASE assist me urgently.
