Bad Service

Never use FNB Business Banking. The service they provide less than the rating I can give, so I am forced to give them a single star. It's amazing how they are quick to hand out Accounts, Give people Credit and get them into Debt, however it takes over a Month of back and forth, to try and close the same account. Perhaps it's cause everyone is "Out of Office" or on Holiday and everything just "Stops" "Go to a Branch and Close it yourself is the responds after one Month, if I knew that I would have done it in the first place. Thanks FNB Business Banking for you terrible service, hopefully my next bank Barclays will be Better!!
