Bad service
The service of the fnb branch lenasia is pathetic. It’s day three that I’m standing in the queue merely just to collect a new card as my old one has expired. I’ve normally been given the option to have my card delivered by a courier. This time around I haven’t been given this option.

04 Aug 2021, 13:56Thank you for the response. I just ended a call with the branch manager by the name of Carol thank you for listening to me and restoring my faith back in FNB. But what I do feel is that why should a person first log a complaint to feel valued. A customers experience should be exceptional from the first interaction, even when standing in a queue when waiting to be assisted.
