Bad service

Its been 3 years my father passed on and my father's estate is still not finalised. Whats sad is my sister is mentally disabled and all im getting is stories from Fnb. My dad didnt have a will so we appointed fnb to assist us with his estate. As it is my mother hasnt got the title deed as yet. Nd now the lady by the name of Lynnet Potgieter from Menlyn branch is now being rude to me and i have to beg her to communicate with us. I should have known better not to trust them with my fathers estate. Dissapointed
