Bad service

Good Day, I have sent a message on the first of this month trying to get some form of help from FNB in terms of finance, I lost my Job and told them about my situation but they decided not to be helpful and not respond to my call for help as I sent them a message, until today I have not gotten a response as yet and I am not sure what to do right now about my situation.
