Bad Service

I submitted a claim for third party-uninsured on the 6 November 2024. Lineker Marrian is the person assisting me from Neil Govender Attorneys. She advised 90days to assess the claims she never advises of any process after the 90 days. 90days has pass still no feedback. Mind you I am still expected not to contact their client about the matter. When I followed up on Monday the 17th February 2025 she responded that " I will be finalizing this matter and will revert to you with more feedback on the process to follow". Today is 48hrs since we last communicated and I sent her another email that I am.still waiting for more feedback as promised. Her response is " I am not sure what other feedback you require as I stated that once we had finalized the matter we will get back to you". She further states that there is no time frame to authorise third party uninsured matters. I do not appreciate her tone on the email i told her that. Also I was advised 90 days now they don't have time frame so this could take another 90 days. I need this finalized.
