Bad Service

Received a very dissappointing service from FNB regarding closure of account which was not opened as per instruction given out by me as a client. Went to Maponya branch branch to try and rectify this, i was refered to the branch that openned this account, i went there, only to find the branch was closed for a revamp. I then contacted Fnb Resolution department to assist me with this, 3 weeks later and a lot of emails, the account is still open incurring bank charges. At this point i do not know what is it i have to do to be assisted accordingly.
