BAD SERVICE

FNB has very bad customer service and not to be trusted, I've experienced bad customer service from them. I am still waiting for my claim to be processed which was sent in May, they promised to waiver the fee until they have finalized everything but it was all a lie they still debiting, I've incurred multiple bank charges all because of FNB, I am very disappointed in them.
