Premium customer Bad credit Got the help from FNB last month. Greatful. Son's necessities sorted out. Paid the temp loan before 30 days. Thought i would get the temp loan again after full payment made before due date; and depended on the advance. If only i knew I was not going to receive the same service. FNB offers private banking service... You try "private banking" service but you are number 160 in the queue.

What bank looks after its people? Mattress?
