Bad service

Last week Monday we were at home and all of a sudden we had one message after another from an AS TRADING over R4 000.00 rand was taken out of our account and Fnb sent a message there is ***** happening on the account. We phoned immediately to cancel the cards as it was not us. They gave us case number 2024#***.

We have phoned now a few times and just keep on going from one person to the next. But till today no answers or what needs to happen to try and get some of our Money back.
