Bad service

Good day, complaint still not resolved, tried contacting via secure chat over an hour no one knows what’s going on and keeps transferring to different agents also tried calling so last option is hello Peter. App**** for the temporary relief which was approved, contract sent via app. Accepted the contract online and no one has corresponded regarding this if it has been activated as the pop up message after accepting it says someone will make contact once activated. Please can someone check that this has been activated urgently as this has not been resolved over 3 hello Peter complaints since March..
