BAD SERVICE

I opened and registered my business via FNB online. I'm supposed to have received my memorandum and certificate of incorporation documents. I phoned CIPC to find out what is happening with the documents and they told me that the person who opened my business account at FNB was supposed to give a me a password in order to retrieve the documents from the CIPC website, i then phoned FNB Business banking and they told me the is nothing like that. So i have been sent from pillar to post because somebody at FNB Business banking did their work half. Can somebody from FNB Business banking take responsibility and phone CIPC to find out was is happening with the documents.
