BAD SERVICE

Legaleagle debit money from my account, i call call center and i then went to Vanderbjilpark Branch to dispute the transaction they told me, i can't dispute because i can't dispute the transaction because they didn't took the money bt fnb took R210 for unpaid funds, i don't understand why must i pay unpaid funds because i didn't give legaleagle mandate to debit from my account, i dont even know them. Don't charge us unpaid funds for the transactions we dont know. Thats a bad service
