Bad service

I bought a R90 1 voucher on the 28/11/2025 online. The amount was deducted from my account but I haven't received the voucher. I then reported the issue on secure chat and Kimberly said there is an issue with the system I should report again within 24 hours in order for the issue to be escalated. I then lodged a complaint on the 29, but still the issue was never resolved. On the 02/12/2025 I lodged another complaint on secure chat and was never assisted. I was on queue for more than an hour waiting for Shantel to assist shortly. I am seriously unhappy about the service.
