Bad service

I am totally disappointed with the bank,after a while I've been using the facility this is the first time I come across such. They just decided to debit R200 off my money, of which I don't know why. When I checked my account I saw 1 tem not paid lte ms,which I don't have an idea where it came from but it is really unfair for them to do that to me, I work hard to keep food on my kids table so if FNB can just decide that they want to take money from my account as they are please I might as well look for a better facility. Really not impressed
