Bad service

I still have not recieved the proper sresponse from fnb, instead of doing there work corrctly they just sent me an old paid up letter. Fnb did not evan contact me to find out which account I need a paid up letter for. This is really pathetic service from a bank to have to beg for paid up letters but they already recieved your money. Veru pathetic service as usual!
