Bad service

I never received so much abuse from one bank, always a struggle to get things approved after 5 days they still looking for reason to decline my home loan after another bank already approved me with Prime rate intrest.

When you logg a complain on their website they dont even bother phoning back.

Will need to move my bank profile to someone who wants business, FNB clearly has enough money to treat clients like *********!
