Bad service

Bad service , my problem started when I noticed few unknown transactions on my account.I called then on the 13th of March and spoke to Nondumiso from the ***** department and they gave me a case number and promised to resolve the issue and those transections will be refunded after 7days of investigation. 10 working days has passed without any feedback from them. Today I've spend 25minutes on the line trying to get hold of then eventually they answered. The lady I spoke to today was Zanele and she transferred to Justine or Justice from the ***** department and I had start explaining the same thing I've explained from from the first day I called and I put on hold until they dropped the line without any help.

There was no courtesy of phoning me back as they have my number and I've confirmed the number during security check .

I feel they don't care about their customers when it comes to problems. I need them to call me back and resolve the issue ASAP .I don't have time to call them as if it was my problem. Case number *** Regards Sibusiso Mdakane *** or ***
