Bad service

Good day I have been a fnb client for over 15 years. In 2012 I went under debt review and in 2016. I paid of all my debt and I removed my name from debt review but since then I have been struggling from 2017 up to December 2020 to get fnb my name cleared for one whole year I had to call every week and visit numerous branches and they all said that they couldn't help me eventually I was help at Carlswald fnb by a consultant called Fortune. In the month of March 2nd fnb offered me a temporary loan to the amount of R2000 and on the 8th of the same month they removed the money and reversed it right back in my account and I never noticed this reversals in the same month of march R15000 was deposited into my account and still they didn't remove the funds. On the 2nd of April fnb offered me a R5000 temp loan and I toke it. When I started paying back my temp loan I realized that amount was more then I request. I don't dispute that i have taken this funds from fnb but as I know that I am not permitted to get a temp loan without my first loan been paid off. I had the funds in my account and the funds was reversed. I do not understand that everytime fnb finds a way to make my account bad and I am just having numerous problems which I don't understand.
