Bad Service

They dont give a damn about their customers , and they are not even trying to assist customers even if the error is on their side.

They messed my profile reflecting still owing a short term loan that they deducted the funds within 30 days and not update. i contacted them that they need to update my profile as errror was done on their side as i pick up my credit score got affected because of that. They still dindt care and keep telling me to wait for 20 days to resolve while i expained is emergency need and to be resolved asap.
