Bad service

I have an issue with this so call bank. My account was put on hold because I was owing, okay I paid the overdraft money that was owed, my numbers were even blocked for ewallet services. I can’t withdraw any ewallets either sent by me or anyone else who sends me money, mind you this issue started July 2022 n guess what I am still facing the issue till to date. “We put a hold on the account cause we suspected *****” y’all are mad and dizzy honestly. I don’t even want to begin with my late sister’s life policy that you guys are dark and diving about, because you guys don’t want to pay it out🚮
