Bad service

I'm here at the branch to reverse a debit order, I can't reverse it via app coz it's a big amount and I've been trying to call the call center for 30 minutes now, consultants are just sitting at home doing nothing instead of helping the customers .this is jot acceptable I'm not happy with FNB
