BAD SERVICE

The service i an getting even after being promised that i will be helped. Your motto how can we help you is a joke. I asked for my insurance to app**** as i have been retrenched .someone came back to me and promised that i will have the information that i need by Monday. I am seriously disappointed in this kind service. It is pathetic
